Employees
The Employees module includes Personal and Employment details of the company’s employees. This is provided with restricted access so that only authorized employees are able to view this information. A list with minimal employee details, such as name, surname, position, department, telephone may be accessible to all employees.
Using the various Employees modules, users belong to a department or a division. This module illustrates the hierarchical structure of the company. Clicking on a position will show authorised users the responsibilities / procedures of that position, the department that the position belongs to and any other information that the company wishes to share with its employees.
Employee Occasions relating to the Employees module, it automatically brings up reminders of a fellow employee’s birthday or name day and permits other employees to send email wishes.
Employee Progress can be a very helpful tool for manager and Human Resources, as it is a module that keeps record of the progress of each employee and can assist in his/her evaluation.
Telephone Messenger
One of the best modules of SpiderCMS. Messenger is a messaging system which allows the employees of a company to leave messages to each other, check in/out of the office and reserve company cars.
In this direction the Messenger Spy that is active, will appear and notify the presence of a new message offering a link for the quick opening of the message.
Vacations
This module has the flexibility to calculate the vacation days available for each employee at any given time, to view in a calendar style which employees are away on vacation by department or employee.
Document Management
This module includes the company’s documentation displayed by department or position that they are related to. Access may be restricted so that employees can only view the procedures concerning their department that concern them and higher level managers to view all the complete documentation list.
